Cancellation & Refunds

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes.

Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund less the applicable administrative fee.

No refunds are available within 30 days of the event.

Do you provide invitation letters?

Yes.

Invitation letters are issued after:

• successful registration,

• payment confirmation, and

• receipt of the required passport information.

Does the invitation letter guarantee a visa?

No.

Visa decisions are made exclusively by the German Embassy or Consulate responsible for your application.

TiE Germany cannot influence the outcome of visa applications.

Refund requests for visa refusals will be considered upon submission of the official refusal letter and in accordance with our refund policy.
